Terms: Rental must be paid in full prior to stay. Until confirmed,
rates are subject to change without notice.
Policies:
We have a 60-day cancellation policy. You have up to 60 days before arrival
date to cancel and receive a full refund less a $100.00 service charge. Within
60 days of arrival or once stay has begun there will be no refund of unused
days. If reservations are made within the 60-day period
you have 7 days to cancel your reservation with a 50% refund. There are no
refunds for unfavorable weather conditions. We cannot guarantee the weather.
There is a no smoking policy in the cabin. Pets are not allowed inside the
cabin. These polices will be strictly enforced. Any violations will result in a
$500.00 charge as will as possible termination of stay with out refund.
We recommend 4 wheel drive vehicles during winter
months. You are responsible for all charges and expenses if you get in an
accident or get stuck and have to be towed, and all expenses that may occur due
to any damages.
Please note that you are responsible for your own personal safety and personal
property and that you are responsible for all charges and expenses for damages
or injuries that may occur from driving, walking, etc. on the Warm Springs
Lodge property. Please use extreme caution at all times
due to conditions may be slippery due to ice, rain, or snow. Please watch for
snow falling off the roof.
